Hello everyone, My Insurance agency ranks high in searches, but the key words in our Title Tag aren't very well optimized at all. It's too long, in the wrong order, there's duplicate's and the Key words aren't even in there?! So, I want to update the home page, as well as all the other pages that are having the same problem. I'm hoping that because we've been ranked in the top 3 for over 3 years and I blog 3-4 times a month, and all my Off-page seo is on point, I shouldn't see to much of a drop? I'm changing my title from this: General liability, Commercial building, Workers Comp, Truck, Auto Insurance in Dallas, Texas - - Thumann Agency **To this: **Business & Home Insurance Dallas, Texas | Thumann Agency. I've notice that the Serp for some keywords are updated more frequently then others (or am I mistaken?) Do any of you have any data that might support that theory? what seems to be the longest periode it takes for a SERP to update for a certain keyword? Is there any rules of thumps on this matter?

I've read several times of this technique for determining if a particular keyword phrase is worth the effort of optimizing for in organic search. In Adwords create an Ad Group with a single exact match keyword phrase and let it run in Adwords until you have enough clicks to measure valid results (I've often heard 200-300 clicks). If you are unable to convert the search term via paid search, the theory goes, it's probably not worth the effort to rank top 3 for that phrase and you should put your efforts elsewhere. Do any of you use this strategy? If so, have you found the results to be pretty consistently accurate? Thanks, Mark

I have a list of about 500 keywords, and I want to know the search volume for each one, such that I can select a list of 200 keywords with the most search volume. If I have all my keywords in SEOMoz (or in an excel file), is there a way to run this as a batch request instead of using the SEOMoz keyword research tool to test each one one-by-one? If this is going to require a dev to work on it, any estimates on how many hours this would take a backend dev to put in place would be appreciated!

I have a list of keywords in a campaign that I need to update. I use the keyword report card to review those keyword performance by page. I dont currently see a way to update those keywords, I only see the option to add or delete. I don't want to delete and re-enter because then I will lose that "mapping". Is there a way to simply update a keyword?
