How to create link from google redirect?

To create a Google redirect link, you can follow these steps:
- Go to the Google URL shortener page (https://goo.gl/).
- Paste the long URL that you want to shorten into the "Paste your long URL here" box.
- Click the "Shorten URL" button.
- Copy the shortened URL that is generated.
That's it! Now you have a Google redirect link that you can use to redirect to the longer URL. When someone clicks on the Google redirect link, they will be redirected to the longer URL that you specified.

@Melissacarter Actually this is an easy problem. I will give an example of how to write it so that it can run in a browser.
Example :

or if your website uses the IP address as the domain, you can write it like this.

You can make redirect backlinks from google domains using google URL shortener tools. But, this tools has been moved permanently to google firebase. You can use firebase to generate URL shortener as well.But please keep in mind that DA, PA & spam score properties were discovered by Moz. It has been a lot time since Google's John Muller has officially confirmed that they Google do not use such properties for in its algorithm for ranking factors of a web pages.
Though, if you want to make your domain authority score higher, you should go for this techniques, it would help you.

For WordPress and most websites, redirects are easy to create with a plugin so you don't need to mess with .htaccess
Also, we change URLs a lot and do not see declines in keyword rankings - we often see increases because we're redirecting to an SEO-optimized folder and page name when it was generic before.

The best way to inform google about a 'moved' page or domain is this:
a 301 redirect, which usually can be setup using htaccess with something very simple:
redirect 301 /oldpage.html /new-page/
If you change the physical page oldpage.html to /new-page/ as well; then everything goes pretty much automatic. Google will take the moved page into account and changes this in search as well with the belonging rankings. Ive seen it nummerous times people changing url's without setting up a proper redirect first. What happens is that you will lose the old page + any rankings, and litterally start over again with the new page. Such a waste.

Over the past several months I have definitely received inbound links to my website ( none of which are no follow). I have HubSpot as well s Moz and none of the links are showing. Getting a sitewide links from one domain as oppsed to few links from certain pages, a good, bad or horrible idea?
Hello, I have a website that is performing really well in Google for country specific Real Estate Website. I have had this site for just about 2 years and I have 4600+ indexed pages, and about 50 of my main keywords appear in top 10 results on Google. I have now started a second site with a brand new domain, its only about 2 months old. This one is a Travel website and again its country specific (same country that real estate website is performing well in) and since its still building up the content and has barely a couple of backlinks, I am thinking of adding a linkback to it from my Real Estate Site. Is it a good idea to add a site wide link back from header section of the real estate website to my travel website? Both sites has same country and most of the keywords in both relate to this country. Or will I be better off adding a few text links from few pages with best Page Authority? Or - do you suggest that I do not link the two at all? Both sites are hosted on different servers, with different IP's and one is on windows server created in asp.net while another is a magento site. Any advidce / insight will be much appreciated and thank you in advance.

Links from PRWeb press release violate Google's quality guidelines?
My site has had a manual action performed on it by Google indicating that I have inbound links that fall outside of their quality guidelines. I did my own research, found what I thought was the issue, had the links removed and requested reconsideration. Google's response surprised me in that they highlighted two specific pages with links that were the direct result of valid press releases and a publisher picking up our release off a wire service. Has anyone else seen this occur? Anyone had a case successfully reconsidered? I realize that I don't need to do anything at all as the manual action is in effect and will stay that way, discounting those links, but I would rather a) not have any manual action against my site and b) know for the future so this doesn't happen again. Also, is this applicable for guest blog posts, which effectively create the same type of backlinks? Thanks

Link quality
Hi, Having read dozens of your blogs and found them highly informative, i have to ask a question. I am kicking oout our SEO company and have taken over the SEO myself with some excellent results. Our SEO providers tell me that links from any site (irrelevent of their DA) are good, providing they are comming from a relevant source. We are in the security industry and according to MOZ, we have a DA of 52. If i can get a link to our site from another company in our industry but they have a DA of 10, is this really beneficial for me? Info i have read in Moz blogs suggest it is n ot a good idea. Hi, Links from Directories are bad. Links for low quality sites are bad. Paid links are bad. Guest blogging is "maybe rumor has it" google's next big Penguin. Where and how is everybody getting all these great links from, is there anywhere left?? All advice welcomed as we really need good links quick! Thanks

What are your thoughts on the link information provided by GWMT? It often takes quite a bit of time for the links to show up, and some quality links are never shown. Is it cause for concern if your link count is lower in GWMT than, say OSE? Any implications worth noting?

Many competitor's backlinks are in content anchor links. Ho do I get these same links?
Hi I managed to open up OSE. I'm finding that much of the competition's backlinks are in content anchor text links. Am I supposed to get backlinks from these same pages using the same anchor text but linking back to my page or is that allowed? If so, how do I get these in content blog post links? Thanks. Sunil.

301 Redirect Domains with old links
I came across a nice discovery of about 20 old domain names that each have many root domains and a bit of DA. I want to know the best way to utilize them without any type of penalty. Currently, (as of an hour ago) I am 301 redirecting all of them to the most relative pages on a single domain. Will i get the majority of the link juice from the domains?
