Your experience with Moz international keywords Ranking check

I hope someone very familiar with Moz and with experience in International SEO could tell me how reliable is Moz with keywords Ranking check. I am working on the SEO of a page that should rank in Switzerland, Germany and Austria for the same keyword in German. Moz is giving the SEO of this url: https://abfallhai.com/de/produkte-services/entsorgungssysteme/abfallhai-abfalleimer/ a score of 97/100 and I just started the backlinks campaign for it as you may have noticed. What would be your best approach when using Moz to check the ranking in the 3 countries cited above? Thank you very much.

Moz is a well-known company in the field of SEO and provides various tools and services for SEO professionals and website owners. Their international keyword ranking check tool is a valuable resource for those interested in tracking how their website ranks in search engine results across different regions and languages.
Here are a few key points to consider when using Moz's international keyword ranking check:
Accuracy: Moz uses a robust methodology to track keyword rankings, but it's important to note that no tool can provide 100% accuracy due to the dynamic nature of search engine algorithms and personalized search results.
Localization: Moz's tool allows you to track rankings in specific geographic regions and languages. This is essential for businesses targeting international audiences.
Competitor Analysis: You can also compare your keyword rankings with those of your competitors. This can help you identify areas where you need to improve your SEO strategy.

Moz is a reputable SEO tool, and its keyword ranking checks can be reliable for assessing your SEO efforts. However, it's essential to keep in mind that rankings can vary by location and search engines. Moz's score of 97/100 for the URL is a positive sign, but it's just one metric. For accurate international SEO targeting Switzerland, Germany, and Austria in German, I recommend:
Check Local Rankings: Use Moz's "Rank Checker" feature to specify the target countries and track rankings in local versions of popular search engines (e.g., google.de, google.ch, google.at).
Consider Localized Keywords: Ensure your content and keywords are tailored to each country's language and search habits. Moz's keyword research tools can help you discover region-specific keywords.
Monitor Competitors: Track the rankings of your competitors in these regions to gauge your performance in comparison.
Use Google Search Console: It provides insights into how Google sees your website in different countries and can complement Moz's data.
Backlink Campaign: Continue building high-quality backlinks while considering region-specific backlink opportunities in each country.
Regular Audits: Periodically audit your website to identify and fix any technical or content issues that may impact your SEO.
In conclusion, while Moz is a valuable tool, it's crucial to combine it with other local SEO strategies to ensure accurate rankings and successful international SEO in Switzerland, Germany, and Austria (Study abroad) (Canada PR) (PMP Exam Prep) (Canada PR Eligibility)

Moz is generally a reliable tool for keyword ranking checks and SEO analysis. However, it's important to note that keyword rankings can vary due to several factors, including location and competition. In your case, targeting Switzerland, Germany, and Austria for the same German keyword introduces additional complexity.
Here's the best approach for using Moz to check rankings in these countries:
Ensure Accurate Location Settings: Set your target location to the specific country you want to track rankings for (Switzerland, Germany, or Austria) in Moz's settings. This will provide more accurate ranking data for each country.
Track Rankings Over Time: SEO is an ongoing process. Monitor your rankings consistently over time to identify trends and the impact of your backlink campaign.
Compare with Other Tools: While Moz is a reputable tool, it's always a good practice to cross-verify rankings with other SEO tools or platforms, such as Ahrefs or SEMrush, to get a comprehensive view of your rankings.
Localize Content: To improve rankings in each country, make sure your content is localized and relevant to the specific region. Use country-specific keywords and phrases to increase your visibility.
Analyze Competition: Understand the competitive landscape in each country. Competitor analysis can provide valuable insights into the strategies that work in each region.
Use On-Page and Off-Page SEO: Continue with your backlink campaign, but also focus on optimizing on-page SEO elements, like meta tags, content, and headings, to enhance your chances of ranking well in the target countries.
Regularly Review Moz Metrics: Besides rankings, utilize Moz's other metrics, like Domain Authority, Page Authority, and spam score, to evaluate the overall health of your website and its competitiveness in the target countries.
Stay Updated: SEO is a dynamic field. Keep up with industry trends and algorithm changes that may affect your rankings. Moz often provides valuable insights into these updates.
In summary, Moz is a valuable tool for SEO analysis and ranking tracking, but it's crucial to set the correct location and complement its data with other tools. Tailoring your approach for each country, conducting competitor analysis, and continually optimizing your SEO efforts will help you achieve better rankings in Switzerland, Germany, and Austria for your German keyword. I have used Moz Pro to find keywords that I rank for in different countries. Moz Pro is an SEO tool that lets you check your keyword rankings, perform keyword research, analyze SERPs, and more.
Some of the features that I like about Moz Pro are:
It has a large database of over 1.25 billion keywords and 180 million fresh-ranking keywords.
It provides keyword difficulty, search volume, and organic click-through rate scores for each keyword.
It allows you to filter keywords by ranking position, relevancy, question format, and country.
It shows you the SERP analysis for each keyword, including the domain authority, page authority, backlinks, and page score of the top results.
It lets you export your keyword data and generate reports in CSV format.
Moz Pro has helped me improve my SEO strategy by finding the best keywords to target, understanding the competition, and tracking my progress. I think it is a useful tool for anyone who wants to optimize their website for international search engines. -

Moz is a reliable tool for checking keyword rankings, including international rankings. It uses a variety of factors to determine keyword rankings, including the number and quality of backlinks, the content of the page, and the overall authority of the website.
However, it is important to note that no tool is perfect, and rankings can fluctuate for a variety of reasons, such as changes to the search engine algorithm, new competition, and seasonal trends.
To get the most accurate keyword rankings, it is important to use a combination of tools and methods. For example, you can use Moz to track your rankings over time and identify trends. You can also use other tools, such as Google Search Console, to see how your website is performing in the search results.

Moz is generally considered a reliable tool for checking keyword rankings. However, when targeting specific countries for SEO, it's essential to be aware that Moz's ranking data might not always align perfectly with the actual rankings in those regions.
To ensure accurate rankings in Switzerland, Germany, and Austria for your German keyword, consider the following best approach:
Use Moz's Local SERP Features: Moz offers local SERP features that allow you to set the location for your keyword ranking check. Ensure that you've configured these settings correctly to target the specific countries you're interested in.
Cross-Verify with Google Search Console: To confirm rankings in these countries, it's a good practice to cross-verify your keyword rankings with Google Search Console. Google Search Console provides data directly from Google and can offer more accurate country-specific insights.
Monitor Organic Traffic: Instead of relying solely on keyword rankings, keep a close eye on organic traffic from these countries. An increase in traffic can be a better indicator of improved rankings and SEO efforts.
Leverage Local SEO Tools: In addition to Moz, consider using other local SEO tools that are more region-specific, like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or specialized tools for German-speaking countries. These tools may provide a more accurate picture of your rankings in the target regions.
Track Local Competitors: Monitor the performance of your local competitors in these regions. This can provide valuable insights into the competitiveness of your keyword and help you adjust your strategy accordingly.
Continuously Refine Your SEO Strategy: SEO is an ongoing process. Keep refining your SEO strategy, create high-quality content, and build relevant backlinks to strengthen your position in these markets.
While Moz is a valuable tool, it's advisable to use it in conjunction with other data sources and local SEO tools to get a comprehensive view of your rankings in Switzerland, Germany, and Austria. This approach will help ensure that you're accurately assessing your SEO progress in these specific regions.

Should Hreflang x-default be on every page of every country for an International company?
UPDATED 4/29/2019 4:33 PM I had made to many copy and pastes. Product pages are corrected Upon researching the hreflang x-default tag, I am getting some muddy results for implementation on an international company site older results say just homepage or the country selector but…. My Question/Direction going forward for the International Site I am working on: I believe I can to put x-default all the pages of every country and point it to the default language page for areas that are not covered with our current sites. Is this correct? From my internet reading, the x-default on every page is not truly necessary for Google but it will be valid implemented. My current site setup example:

SEO Strategy for international website with similar content
Hello, If a company is in different countries and has same content in most of the countries does it hurt SEO? For Ex. fibaro.com is the website that I am researching and I have seen the indexed pages to be about 40,000 however there is not much content on it. On further inspection I noticed that for every country the sub folder is different. So for us it will be fibaro.com/us/motion-sensor and for Europe fibaro.com/en/motion-sensor. Now both of these pages have same content on it and the company is in 86 countries so imagine the amount of duplicate content it has. Does anybody have any ideas on what should be an ideal way to approach this? Thanks

Local Strategies For International Business
A client of mine is in a field that Google (correctly) recognizes as international, and does get traffic and leads for this but they are bound by sales covenants to sell only in regional geographic territories in their country, Other than PPC is there a strategy I can use to increase regional traffic? As mentioned, Google does not recognize this business as local.

Why would a site lose rankings in U.S while maintaining rankings in other English locations (Canada & Australia)
What would cause a site to lose ranking in the U.S while maintaining top (1st page) positions in other English results countries such as Canada or Australia? Is this purely penguin related because of location of backlinks or are there other significant factors that could be in play? Would this rule out Panda as a cause because it's simply an "English language" targeted algo and not location dependent like backlinks (penguin)? Appreciate any insights

How do I get a UK website to rank in Dubai?
We are trying to get a UK-based children's furniture website to rank in Dubai. We have had a couple of orders from wealthy expats in Dubai and it seems to be the correct target market. Does anyone have any specific knowledge of this area? We are promoting the same website as for the UK market. Also does anyone know any user behaviour stats on expatriates using search engines? Do they carry on using the version of Google they are used to, or do most change to the local version of Google? Thanks in advance

Keyword Difficulty on Local Searches
I have got a site targeted for a New Zealand audience. The site is about property in Australia. The SERP for the keyword "real estate australia" is dominated by .com.au domains which are obviously set for Australia. Does google give .co.nz domains priority in the SERPs for New Zealand or are .com.au and .co.nz domains treated evenly for New Zealand based searches? http://www.google.co.nz/search?q=real+estate+australia&pws=0&gl=NZ Would a .co.nz domain have higher priority in this SERP?

Ranking well in Google US but not showing up in UK
Hi, We are trying to position a specific site for a big sport event that will be played at the end of May. We only care about Google UK. It had no relevant content until last week. The site is a almost a year old but we just started to get links for it (all from the UK). They worked so fast: we were in page 2 of SERPs in the UK within a few days. But suddenly the site has disappeared and we're not even in top 100 anymore. However, we are ranking extremely well in the US (first page for the keywords we wanted to rank for). The site is a .com and it's hosted in Wordpress.com (with a custom URL). I understand that that can be a problem, but we have already told Google that our business is in the UK through Webmaster Tools. I guess that with time and more UK links, Google would ultimately understand that our focus is the UK audience, but unfortunately we have no time and we can't wait due to the date of the sport event. What do you think that we can do to rank well in the UK and not in the US as fast as possible? Thanks!
