Unsolved Why is Moz Local not pushing Address Line 2?

I noticed on all the directories Moz Local connects to our Ste # isn't being pushed, why isn't Moz Local pushing Address Line 2? Without our Suite # now all of the directories are incorrect.

Some directories do not support the addition/submission of address line 2 which may be what is causing the issue here.That being said, we definitely want to be sure your information is being submitted accurately! Can you please send an email over to help@moz.com with your location's name and full address along with a few examples of the directories that are having this issue? That way our team can look into this and loop in other teams, should they need to.

We have a client moving office locations in a month. When should we submit new address in Moz Local to the data providers?
It's the fine line of don't submit too early, but don't submit too late. When is the right time to submit the new address. This client will be working at current address until Christmas Eve. The day after Christmas, they move into their brand new building and address.

Moz Local says Google + is 100% incomplete
Hi all. I've been trying to make improvements on my Local rankings as well as optimizing my website. When using Moz Local a lot of great information comes up showing me what's incomplete, what's duplicated, etc. It's very helpful. It's been 1 year, why hasn't our Moz Local completion percent improved?
Our listing is about to renew, but the completion percentage has not improved since the first month we started with Moz twelve months ago. I see in Moz there are many duplicate listings for this business. I was under the impression that Moz was handling this as part of the yearly fee; is that correct? If not, what needs to be done to resolve these issues and make sure our listings are complete and accurate?
