Neustar/Localeze Registration in Lite Package

We have multiple Lite Moz Local subscriptions. The comparison page (https://moz.com/products/local/pricing#pricing-table) doesn't show which data aggregators Moz submits to but at the bottom it offers a Data Aggregators add-on for $40 that includes Localeze for the Preferred and Elite plans.
However, when I checked with Localeze directly, they said Uberall claimed my clients' listings. I did some investigating only to learn that Moz uses Uberall to distribute its data to the directories. Uberall doesn't list Localeze as one of its partners.
Does Moz submit Lite subscribers' data to Localeze? If so, is it through Uberall? For some clients, Localeze listings are not consistent with the info we entered on Moz, if Moz submits data to Localeze, how can we correct them?

Unsolved Listing Permanence
Do listings revert to original state after cancelling Moz Local subscription? I know Yext is a feed that needs to be in place for their listings to show, and when you cancel the subscription, the listings all revert to how they were before you started (if you are lucky). I was told that Moz Local was different by a rep of the underlying platform that Moz white labels. Is this true , or still true? Thanks

I SENT 10 EMAILS TO MOZ AND THEY CLAIM TO RESPOND IN 24 HOURS BUT IT HAS BEEN LONGER THAN THAT! IS THIS A SCAM SERVICE AND WAS I JUST ROBBED OF MY MONEY!!! HOW DO I CALL THESE PEOPLE SINCE THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO EMAILS!!! ???/

Do/can seats in Moz Pro get access to Moz Local?
Hi, I have someone who access my Moz Local via a "seat" but she can't see Moz Local. Can this happen?

MozBar tool doesn't highlight follow/no follow, what does that mean?
We use the MozBar tool to easily check what links are follow or no-follow. However, when we entered in this URL: http://www.e-ir.info/2017/01/17/security-and-the-brexit-effect/ and we clicked on "edit" > "follow" within the MozBar tool in Google Chrome, if you scroll down to "Featured image courtesy of www.americanadvisorsgroup.com ", you'll noticed that the link doesn't show whether it's a follow or not. Can someone clarify if MozBar sees links with no indication of follow/no follow as a follow? We look at the URL itself and it doesn't have any indication of no follow. Would love to get someone's feedback on this.

If I "close" a duplicate listing on Factual, Acxiom, SuperPages, Bing or Localeze, what exactly happens?
When I click "close" for a duplicate location with wrong information, does it mark that location as PERMANENTLY CLOSED on the website (factual, acxiom, etc), or does it delete it from that website? Additionally, once that location on that site is marked as permanently closed or deleted, does Moz Local then re-add the correct information to that site? Thanks!!!

Why don't the duplicate listings from the moz/local search show up on the moz/local dashboard
When I do a MOZ/Local search on the search listings tab I see all the listings with different information but they don't show up on the moz dashboard for the subscribed listing.
