International targeting search console, why did my rankings dropped?

i changed the settings in console to USA, since then my rankings have dropped.
my current data center or host is is Asia singapore, i am changing that USA this month
question is, am i too late?
or tageting should be done after changing ip address

Yes, you are correct.
IP Address and hosting of your website also effect on ranking. In my situation I also faced so man times. However, there are some websites which changes doesn't affect ranking.
You need to check your Security and Manual action in Google Search Console of our website. Also Don't Forget to check coverage of the site

I hope someone very familiar with Moz and with experience in International SEO could tell me how reliable is Moz with keywords Ranking check. I am working on the SEO of a page that should rank in Switzerland, Germany and Austria for the same keyword in German. Moz is giving the SEO of this url: https://abfallhai.com/de/produkte-services/entsorgungssysteme/abfallhai-abfalleimer/ a score of 97/100 and I just started the backlinks campaign for it as you may have noticed. International SEO Setuo
Hi Guys i have a client who is looking to be found in multiple English speaking countries I.e .co.uk, .com and .com.au At first I advised they would need unique content for each to avoid duplication but then the client showed me this site http://welleco.com/ this is setup via shopify on a multisite. All the sites have the same content and are all indexed. My question is can this be done in WordPress? Via something like WPML. And would it need to have seperte hosting and a seperate site or can this be done by something like IP redirect. Can someone advise if this is good practice or maybe suffer other ways? Lost local organic rankings and international issues
Hi Everyone, Hoping we can get some help from our fellow Mozzers (Mozee's? Mozites?) We have 3 TLD's .com.au .co.uk & .com We noticed an issue a couple of weeks ago where we suddenly lost a lot of our search rankings for keywords on the .com.au site that we'd been top with for a long time. A lot of our Australian visitors were coming through our US site. US & UK sites got increased ranking results. We fixed up what we thought were the issues (Potentially HREF Lang issues and old sitemap issues). Google Search Console is still telling us we have some HREF Lang Errors, (but this could be waiting an updated crawl as the number is decreasing) Our main domain example.com is now showing up as first result in google.com.au search and the example.com.au doesn't show up until page 4 (prior to 2 weeks ago it was number 1) Any input would be appreciated...

How to improve SERP rankings in other countries?
We have a .com website in English targeting global visitors. We have good rankings on Google USA for our targeted keywords But we do not rank well in APAC e.g. Sigapore and Australia. What could we do to get ranked in these countries? We received a recommendation to sign up for .sg and .au domains and replicate our Website for Singapore and Australia. But wouldn’t it contribute to duplicate content Issue? We are in software industry and do not have locale specific content. Please advise.
