When you start doing SEO/content marketing, how many links should you try and earn per month? I know it's quality over quantity but I would like to know about your experience and how many you were getting when your site launched. Thanks!

Hello everyone! Just started on a new job as in house SEO and PPC but it is also my first job as such, got little experience and for what I know the site needs a lot of work in terms of optimization. I would like to ask some help and some opinions about what I think should be done in order to rank higher because at the moment the highest ranking page doesn't go higher than the third page for general but high traffic volume keywords. All the titles tag are too long, some of them  are up to 100 characters The meta tag isn't optimized properly to attract people and get clicks the content on the product pages is laid out badly and there aren't many  keywords a lot of duplicate content there are little inbound links there isn't a section for content such as a news page, a blog or anything like that which makes link building even harder Here my challenges: Create well optimized product, category , subcategory pages to improve also the PPC landing pages Improve the rankings at least to get on the first page for general keywords Choose the right keywords to optimize the site for increase the number of inbound links. I also have to manage adwords and given my little experience I can't seem to prioritize things so any suggestions would be really appreciated. Also if you don't mind to take a look at the site and leave me comments on things that I should improve, I'd be grateful . I know this has been possibly asked before however. is there any benefit for Guest bloggers to write on my website? Will it have any impact on my rankings? I do guest post on other sites and I know this helps my site.

Hello Guys, I have a little question, i got 2 websites that are hosted on the same host. Now i could get 2 links on one website to direct to each of the websites on the same host. Does this effect my seo ranking, because the websites are on the same host? Thank you for your advice! Kind regards,

I've been doing link building for the past 2 months for a website. I've put together some blog posts and submitted them to some sites. However, I don't want to repeat the content on other sites or use the same sites again for links. The problem with this company is that nothing is happening. The last press release they issued was in 2010 and in the 4 months I've been working for them nothing has happened. I have found a few good quality websites in our niche which I could approach for links, but I want to have good content to put on them. Does anyone have any ideas as how to create content that would be suitable, bearing in mind this a B2B company.

I have a blog on interior decoration and I have made a Wordpress Plugin which is not at all related to the niche of my blog...I have created this plugin in the hope that I might get backlinks due to this...but am not sure whether I should keep the plugin documentation page on some page of the blog itself like www.example.com/blog/plugin-page/ or on some subdomain like plugin-page.example.com
