Moz Local Duplicating Street Address

Hi,
Whenever I done a lookup for a client we were hoping to get on Moz Local, the listing that appeared has a repeating street address.
For Example:
123 Some Street, 123 Some Street, Some City, Some ZIP Code
I have checked Google Plus / Google My Business and no such repetition is there, however, under the Incomplete section it's showing Google as the one that's incorrect, but when I click through to Google the address is correct - see attached images...
I have gone through all the other listings and they are correct from what I can see through the Moz Report.
Also, this is happening with more than one address that I have checked - see attached images.
If anyone has any input on the matter it would be greatly appreciated. I have posted this before and got no definitive answer, it then hit page two and we all know what happens when it does that.

The Moz Local team have been made aware of the the issue and are working to resolve this issue.

Hi Peter,
Very odd issue, Moz Local in the UK is fairly new and issues are bound to arise. This should be brought to the attention of the Moz Local support team, they have been very quick (within a day mostly) in responded for every issue I have had with my UK clients.
To contact them navigate to your profile page, and click the question mark in the bottom right-hand corner.
I hope that helps, let me know what they say the issue is, I'll watch for similar issues with my other UK clients.

Moz Local and Apple Maps: How does the listing update work?
Hello, how are apple maps updated via Moz Local? We have a client who changed their business name within the last six months. We noticed one of the few items that has not changed to date within their Moz dashboard is the name of the business on Apple Maps. In the Accuracy grid, the only item not checked within the Apple Maps column is the business name. Does anyone know how this process works within the Moz Local portal? If I "close" a duplicate listing on Factual, Acxiom, SuperPages, Bing or Localeze, what exactly happens?
When I click "close" for a duplicate location with wrong information, does it mark that location as PERMANENTLY CLOSED on the website (factual, acxiom, etc), or does it delete it from that website? Additionally, once that location on that site is marked as permanently closed or deleted, does Moz Local then re-add the correct information to that site? Thanks!!!

Closing Old Locations with Moz Local
I'm sure the answer is pretty simple, but how are we supposed to report an old location as closed in Moz Local? I'd like to mark an old address as closed in all of the major data providers. Of course, I can claim the new location, but I do I need to claim the old location and then somehow mark it closed? When I do a search with Moz, it gives me five results for a doctor who has a single location now (I'm not posting the actual name because I just don't want this forum to appear for searches for the doctor): <address>Dr. Doctor Name, DMD Verified

Does moz local include a yelp listing? Is there a page that accurately describes all the local directories MOZ local connects with? Is MOZ local a better solution compared to Yext?

Not able to validate my listings in Moz Local.
Hi Team, I have recently updated my location listings in Moz Local and I could not able to validate those listings & move it to "ready to publish" section. Also, I have all the listings that are perfect & verified in Google business but Moz Local could not retrieve my listings from Google and not allowing me to validate it. On Moz Local, localeze says "this listing is already managed by someone else"
Hey Mozzers, For my Moz local listings, there is a yellow exclamation mark on localeze and it says "this listing is already managed by someone else". My company previously had a listing with localeze, but we closed it early this year. How can I remove localeze's control of our account? How can I make sure Localeze is feeding all the appropriate sites with the correct information? thanks, Evan Jerkunica
