      Hi,

I have a website containing 30 software products. Each product has an order page. The problem is that the layout and content of these 30 order pages are very similar, except for the product name, for example:

      https://www.datanumen.com/access-repair-order/
      https://www.datanumen.com/outlook-repair-order/
      https://www.datanumen.com/word-repair-order/

Siteliner has reports these pages as duplicate contents.

I am thinking of noindex these pages. However, in such a case, if a user search for "DataNumen Outlook Repair order page", then he will not be able to see the order page of our product, which drives the revenue go away.

So, how to deal with such a case?

      Thank you.

Implement canonical tags on your order pages, serving as a SEO anchor, similar to how keto ACV gummies can be a cornerstone in a healthy lifestyle. This signals search engines to recognize the main product page as the preferred version, enhancing search results and mitigating duplicate content concerns.

Consider implementing canonical tags on your order pages. This tells search engines that while the content is similar, there's a preferred or original version (usually the main product page). This way, search engines understand the relationship between these pages, and your users can still find the specific order page through searches while avoiding duplicate content issues.

To resolve the issue of duplicate contents on the order pages of multiple products, you'll need to check a few things:

Verify that each product has unique content assigned to it in the database or content management system.
Ensure that the code which retrieves and displays the product To resolve the issue of duplicate contents on the order pages of multiple products, you'll need to check a few things:

Verify that each product has unique content assigned to it in the database or content management system.
Ensure that the code which retrieves and displays the product information on the order pages is correctly fetching and displaying the data for each respective product.
Look for any caching mechanisms that might be incorrectly serving the same page across different products and clear the cache.
Check for any recent changes in the code or the backend system that might have led to this issue.
If you're using templates for the order pages, make sure that the templates are correctly set up to display dynamic content based on the product selected.
If these steps do not resolve the problem, it could be helpful to provide specific details about the system architecture, the content management process, and the exact nature of the 'duplicate content' being displayed, so that a more tailored solution can be provided. information on the order pages is correctly fetching and displaying the data for each respective product.

Good to use disallow or noindex for these?

              technical seo noindex disallow

Hello everyone, I am reaching out to seek your expert advice on a few technical SEO aspects related to my website. I highly value your expertise in this field and would greatly appreciate your insights.
Below are the specific areas I would like to discuss: a. Double and Triple filter pages: I have identified certain URLs on my website that have a canonical tag pointing to the main /quick-ship page. These URLs are as follows: https://www.interiorsecrets.com.au/collections/lounge-chairs/quick-ship+black
https://www.interiorsecrets.com.au/collections/lounge-chairs/quick-ship+black+fabric Considering the need to optimize my crawl budget, I would like to seek your advice on whether it would be advisable to disallow or noindex these pages. My understanding is that by disallowing or noindexing these URLs, search engines can avoid wasting resources on crawling and indexing duplicate or filtered content. I would greatly appreciate your guidance on this matter. b. Page URLs with parameters: I have noticed that some of my page URLs include parameters such as ?variant and ?limit. Although these URLs already have canonical tags in place, I would like to understand whether it is still recommended to disallow or noindex them to further conserve crawl budget. My understanding is that by doing so, search engines can prevent the unnecessary expenditure of resources on indexing redundant variations of the same content. I would be grateful for your expert opinion on this matter. Additionally, I would be delighted if you could provide any suggestions regarding internal linking strategies tailored to my website's structure and content. Any insights or recommendations you can offer would be highly valuable to me. Thank you in advance for your time and expertise in addressing these concerns. I genuinely appreciate your assistance. If you require any further information or clarification, please let me know. I look forward to hearing from you. Cheers!

Site is generating long path URLs

              technical seo canonical duplicate content

Hi, We've seen recently in Search Console Coverage report that website is generating long path URLs that we actually don't have.
Here's an example: https://autocovers.co.uk/car-mats/outdoor-basic/indoor-car-covers/shop/contact-us/shipping-delivery/about-us/about-us/indoor-car-covers/ Does anybody knows what's the issue behind it? Thanks!

Landing page content and link distribution

Hey there fellow mozers, Need some advice, one of my clients asked us about the best way to distribute their content:  number of restaurants per page, links and footer in their Landing pages. Here are 2 examples of what I mean: http://www.just-eat.es/adomicilio/madrid http://www.just-eat.es/adomicilio/pizza Thanks a lot!

              Page content length...does it matter?

As I begin developing my website's content, does it matter how long or short the actual text found in the is? I heard someone say before "a minimum of 250 words", but is that true? If so, what is the maximum length I should use?

              DUPLICATE PAGE VIA ONPAGE SEARCH

Hi, we have a fashion shop and we try to keep the page title as unique as possible. However google also indexes the search so the say search for brand gucci - type - dress - size 8 - then  it indexes it with the homepage title rather then what the searched for. Should I block google from indexing search variation (because there could be thousand of variations) or is there a module that would use the search as a page title so gucci dress 8 for example. Many thanks for your time.

              Duplicate product urls

Our site automatically creates shorter urls for the products. There is a rel canonical tag in place, but webmaster tools shows these urls have duplicate title tags. Here is an example: http://www.colemanfurniture.com/holden-desk.htm http://www.colemanfurniture.com/writing-desks-secretary-desks/holden-desk.htm Should the longer url be redirected to the shorter one?

Potential Duplicate Title Tags On Sibling Pages

Edit I'll take the fall on this one, seems I could have asked my quesiton in a more clear manner. I was cruising other questions and finding a whole of answers that I suspect were not truly intended to help, but maybe help and earn Mozpoints. Wasn't fair of me to label those answering here with that. I will work better on the wording of my questions! 🙂 Edit Either I am asking my question poorly or I am learning there may be a rush to get points by throwing up any old answer...it very well may be the former which I am open to feedback on. Each page is to stand alone and hopefully rank well for the neighbourhood name and in conjunction with another relevant keyword phrase. There is no 'duplicate' version of any pages. * On a site there are numerous pages that provide real estate listings broken down by neighbourhood. Each containing similar content, a abbreviated version of the listings, often spanning 2 or 3 pages. These are 3rd level pages. Properties->Calgary Neighbourhoods->Evanston The title tags created are: Evanston Homes For Sale - NW Calgary Real Estate Panorama Hills Home For Sale - NW Calgary Real Estate Etc. for about 15 or so pages. Then they start again for another area of the city: Sagewood Homes For Sale - Airdrie Real Estate Woodside Homes For Sale - Airdrie Real Estate At this point there is no text on the actual page outside of the listings...an example of similar listings on another site - http://www.experiencerealtygroup.com/BaturynandDunluceHomes.ubr Do you think the SE's will see these as 'proper' use of the Title Tag or duplicate or other practices they tend to frown upon? It is a logical way of creating the title and obviously creating a unique version for each page would not only be tough to scale on some sites with 100's of these pages, they would become a little silly and not much use to the searcher in the SERPs Thanks for any help!
