      Keywords showed volume before but now they say 'no data available'. And this is happening with common words like "prints" - I'm dead certain this keyword should not have 'no data available'.  What's going on? How do I reset or fix this? I only have 12 days left of my trial and I can't even use the feature I need.

        It sounds like there might be a glitch or an update issue with the keyword tool you're using. Try clearing your browser cache, or if possible, use a different browser or device. Also, reaching out to customer support for assistance before your trial ends might help resolve the issue quickly.

          Sometimes, this is because of an Google algorithm update that is rolling out; such as the Google March update, when a significant Google core algorithm update is rolling out, you will not get the seo data until it's finished.

          We often see that here at this seo agency, when Google are rolling out a major algorithm update, then it might be 48 hours before we start to see where our business have been positioned in Google after the algorithm update has finished rolling out.

            Can I pause my trial while this issue is being worked out? It's currently going to waste without being able to use that feature as it's the one I need the most.

                Both campaigns are now useless due to URL rewrite?

                I have two campaigns on Moz and they were doing fine until I made the decision to rewrite my URL to remove www so, www.thing.com becomes thing.com   Moz sees this as a error it seems and I am now getting error code 902. I tried to change my campaign setting but it won't let me change the URL because it's got historical information that doesn't pertain I guess.   What should I do?  Was it a mistake to remove the www? Thanks for any advise, Greg

                Moz showing zero traffic GA showing activity

                Hey guys Im sure this question has been asked before but I could not find it. I promised I looked hard. I hooked up my account three days ago. For some reason Google Analytics is showing that I am indeed getting some good traffic to my site. But Moz is reporting zero zero zero across the board for anything and showing I have zero back links which is not correct. I thought it would eventually start working but its not. Any suggestions?

                Tracking keywords and SERP Analysis Reports

                My question is regarding the "Track up to 50 keywords over time." and the "x of 100 full SERP Analysis Reports run this month" Is it possible to increase these fixed numbers? or do I have to use a secondary account? It would be nice to have history for more keywords then 50. and the same goes for the SERP analysis report.
