Unsolved Assigning seats

We are using only 4 of the 25 seats that we have available. When assigning a new user, the individual receives the email, but when accepts the invitation, I cannot see him as an assigned user/seat.
Does anyone have any suggestions/guidance please?

It's unusual that the newly invited users aren't showing up as assigned seats. Double-check if they've completed the invitation process correctly, including confirming their email. Also, verify that they are using the same account associated with your seat allocation. We just updated our sites WP YoastSEO plugin one day prior to the Moz weekly crawl. Not sure if our change interrupted our weekly Moz crawl or if it was an issue with Moz. Keywords showed volume before but now they say 'no data available'
Keywords showed volume before but now they say 'no data available'. And this is happening with common words like "prints" - I'm dead certain this keyword should not have 'no data available'. What's going on? How do I reset or fix this? I only have 12 days left of my trial and I can't even use the feature I need.

I have assigned a Moz Pro seat to someone but they can't access a campaign's rankings report?
Hi there, I'm the account admin on a Moz Pro account. I have assigned a seat to a freelancer who's doing some work for me and they say they can't access a campaign's rankings report? The manage user's section shows them as having a seat license? It's been issued and accepted by them? Any ideas here? Thanks

How to fix Moz assigning the wrong keyword to a page
Somehow the Moz tool has assigned the main keyword here this to my Google Structured Data Update page. Most likely, I missed something which caused the error. "Keyword np - /google-structured-data-update/" This is for my page titled "Announcement of Google algorithm updates Impact SEO techniques"The canonical tag links to https://www.hillwebcreations.com/google-algorithum-updates-impact-seo-tactics/ as it should, so I am wondering how to update the keyword Moz associates this page with.Any leads to solving this would be appreciated.
