    I have been working for the past few months on building quality backlinks manually. I decided to take a moz trial membership but Moz doesn't my backlinks.  I added Link tracking list of about 27 high DA that backlinks to my website  https://multiapkclub.com and even all of that shows 'link doesn't point to my website'  Is this some kind of bug because this type of links are indexed for moz themselves

    One of my Moz listings is paused because "Listing not found on Google or Facebook." My Google account is linked to Moz and the listing is showing in Google results and on the back end of Google My Business but it is not showing in the Import option.     Hi, any of you have any experience with Moz local in bi-lingual markets? In Quebec, we deal with predominantly French marketplace with large pockets of English speaking communities. However, mostly all of the directories that Moz Local lists to are English. Some offer options to list rich-data in two languages but many don't. Here's the question, have nay of you use both languages when submitting using Moz local (or other similar services) successfully in that the directories that were only English still accepted your "other" languages? Thx.

    I bought the Moz Local Plus (medium package), I submitted all my info including pictures, address, phone etc. When I look at my Google Business Listing, the address got taken off and I dropped to page 2 of maps from 1st page...     I am STUNNED and frustrated that a great tool like Moz Local has the great feature like Review Management/Customer Feedback and have ALMOST ZERO content, tutorials, FAQs, or easily found content that quickly explains some important details. You don't have ANYTHING findable to help me explain to employers or fellow new SEOs how to implement YOUR OWN TOOL. Why? WHY??? • I have multiple locations signed up for complete features - want to share individual location with individual property managers - how? • Exports show "recommendation" as "true" or "false" which I understand - but where in your dashboard is this explained? • I want to customize my property review report/export - I don't need a lot of those columns which are duplicate info or unknown to the property managers. Possible? Seriously - should not be this difficult to track down info/direction/shareable info for YOUR OWN TOOL!

    Hi everybody, We recently published 31 locations through Moz Local on the Essential plan. We have all 31 locations on Google My Business and they are synced with Moz Local. When I go to look at the reviews, it says that there are no results. My syncing preferences are the same for each location. I have collect insight metrics and collect user reviews checked. I was wondering if the reviews take a little while to start showing up or if there is something possibly wrong. Thanks!

    I have duplicate accounts that's not showing up to merge, but they are there and I'd like too get help getting them resolved. We were currently known as Midwest Performance and now we rebranded to LadyStrong Fitness.     I had a suspended Google my Business listing and Moz local automatically created a new one because I had synced GMB with Moz and selected the option to push data there from Moz Local. The new GMB listing is verified and I dont know why the previous one was suspended. What's the best way forward? Should Ijust delete the suspended listing and edit this new one, or I should still submit the reinstatement request for the suspended one? Many thanks

    I just purchased MOZ local for a client on a brand new location. I had already submitted the NAP to the big four google, yahoo, bing, yelp. I purchased the 99/year basic plan and now I am a bit confused. Will MOZ submit to the local directories in the network or out of the network that does not have a listing in place (Business New Address) so no listings exist besides the ones I mentioned.  Also, it says it will send it to all four aggregators, is this true and how can I verify?  Can someone explain what I should expect?  YIKES, I hope this is not a dumb question for those MOZer gurus :). If it doesn't what did I just buy? A way to monitor Google? Please assist. I need to get NAP data out there for local directories for a customer.  Should I have done this a different way?     I'd like to use Moz Local for two of my clients who share a space. The first one is an independent tattoo artist, who operates inside a larger tattoo shop. Both the tattoo shop and this individual artist have websites, and they'd both like me to optimize for local search. Will this be a problem using Moz Local to add both businesses? I will buy two different Moz Local subscriptions for them, but I don't want one business to override the other since they're inside the same address. Thanks!

    Moz Local distributes your business listing to the important data providers, but what if your business information is already in their database? Does Moz Local update this info for me, or am I still required to go through the manual process of doing this myself on the data providers website (for example, Yelp or Hotfrog)?

    Hello, how are apple maps updated via Moz Local? We have a client who changed their business name within the last six months. We noticed one of the few items that has not changed to date within their Moz dashboard is the name of the business on Apple Maps. In the Accuracy grid, the only item not checked within the Apple Maps column is the business name. Does anyone know how this process works within the Moz Local portal? Is there something we can do to advance the name change on our end? Thank you.

    I've got a listing on Moz Local - www.carolinasmilesnc.com.  It finds most listings OK.  When looking for other listing services where it locates a matching listing, it cannot seem to find the Facebook page.  They have identical phone numbers as what we submitted (verified by Google) as well as the street address.  We keyed in the Facebook link in the details of the listing for Moz Local.  Moz Local only shows an option to create a page.  How do I get it to connect to the existing and very robust Facebook page?

    OK, so technically we are not a franchise, but our structure is very similar, in that we have numerous areas or cities, within which there are numerous locations (all with separate landing pages). We need to closely track the performance of each area/city as a whole (like you would a franchise), and the individual locations within it. We have a home based office in each main area/city, though not for the purposes of meeting customers etc. We have www.domain.com/area-1/location-A, www.domain.com/area-1/location-B and then www.domain.com/area-2/location-A, www.domain.com/area-2/location-B etc etc. This means that we have a relatively small handful of keywords which are relevant to any location, apart from the addition of the location or city name, like "house cleaners in [location], home cleaning services in [location]. So, do I set up my campaigns as domain.com/Newcastle, domain.com/Manchester etc, have say 10 keywords based around house cleaning, and then add all the local areas within that area/campaign? If so, should I add my keywords - things like "house cleaners" "home cleaning" "domestic cleaning companies" etc. to a campaign for /Newcastle, then add locations within Newcastle such as Gosforth, Jesmond, Heaton etc? Will this then allow us to track our rankings for "house cleaners in {Gosforth, Jesmond, Heaton etc}", "home cleaning in {Gosforth, Jesmond, Heaton etc}, "domestic cleaning companies in {Gosforth, Jesmond, Heaton etc}? Any help, general, specific is much appreciated! Many thanks Edward

And have been updating and verifying their listings while using Moz's Listing Scores to validate improvements. 1st Locations' Moz listing score can be found here: https://goo.gl/h17VZj 2nd Locations' score can be found here: https://goo.gl/ZnQMpi Both have Hot Frog Listings 1st Locations Hot Frog Account: https://www.hotfrog.com/business/nv/henderson/me-gusta-tacos_43095742 2nd Hot Frog Account https://www.hotfrog.com/business/nv/las-vegas/me-gusta-tacos One thing is that although I have created a Hot Frog account for the 1st location, the Hot Frog account does not propagate with Moz's Listing analysis. On the other hand, the Second Location's Moz Listing shows that there is indeed a Hot Frog Account Not sure why one shows up, while the other does not. ZaULBWm d8aPpbG

    Hello, I use MOZ local to keep track of major citations for 30+ clients. Sometimes, it happens that I would be working on a new company, which does not have any significant number of active citations. And MOZ local does not seem to update very often, when I have already created citations for that particular new company.     Hi I'm pretty new to all of this so please be gentle! I've been subscribed to Moz Local for a little over a year and my ratings seem to be stuck at an overall score of 82% and an accuracy score of 87% and I just can't seem to get into the Top 3 local searches with competitors from further away outranking me. Moz Local has been consistently showing Factual, Bing, Hotfrog, Thomson Local & Central Index all showing no address entered. I've been in and put this in myself but no change? Right now my score is showing as 59% with a number incomplete and other unable to be contacted. I have found that, even though the address is entered in a consistent way, that it gets interpreted differently, sometimes leaving out the County, sometimes, the village. I've started going through the "Ultimate Local SEO Audit" and have completed Phase 1 on Google My Business. Pretty much everything looks in order there and the only real change was associating a domain email address with the ownership rather than the old gmail one. I've started to go through Phase 2 and haven't seen anything new there yet. What am I missing? Or, are the Moz Local scores fairly respectable? How can I get real consistency in NAP and why does it seem to take so long for Moz Local to make any changes ..... if/ when they do? And, if everything is as you would expect, why am I failing to get in the top 3 when I have more and better review than anyone within 30 - 40 miles?

    It's the fine line of don't submit too early, but don't submit too late. When is the right time to submit the new address. This client will be working at current address until Christmas Eve. The day after Christmas, they move into their brand new building and address.

    Hi Moz, I am going to be cleaning up and optimizing our client’s business listings using Moz Local Essential package. The client is a hotel and the bar inside of the hotel. When I used the Moz tool to check the current status of the hotel's business listings, the score returned 5 possible duplicates. The 5 listings that were returned as duplicates are the bar located inside the hotel. When the bar runs through the Moz tool, the hotel is returned as a duplicate. On Google My Business, the bar is shown as “located in” the hotel. Is this an option that can be implemented across other business listing sites via Moz?  If not, what steps can be taken to prevent these “duplicates” from negatively impacting SEO and rankings for the two businesses?
