Plagiarized Site Effecting Google Rankings
Can someone provides insights on a de-indexing example? I have gone through the depths of Google lack of support and requesting duplicate content flags, so no avail.
Here's the scenario:
Client had a competing SEO provider try to earn his business. In doing so, he copied word for word our blog that we have been producing content on over the last 5 years. He also integrated Google reviews in the structured data on this new URL. Well, fast forward 1-2 months later, our rankings started to drop. We found this 100% plagiarized site is taking away from our keyword rankings on GMB, and is no and Google search, and our site GMB is now only displaying on a branded name search as well as our search traffic has dropped. I have identified the plagiarized, duplicated content, being tied to our GMB as well, as the source of the problem.
Well, I finally obtain ed control of the plagarized domain and shut down the hosted, and forwarded the URL to our URL. Well, Google still has the HTTS version of the site indexed. And it is in my professional opinion, that since the site is still indexed and is associated with the physician GMB that was ranking for our target keyword and no longer does, that this is the barrier to ranking again. Since its the HTTPS version, it is not forwarded to our domain. Its a 504 error but is still ranking in the google index. The hosting and SSL was canceled circa December 10th. I have been waiting for Google to de-index this site, therefore allowing our primary site to climb the rankings and GMB rankings once again. But it has been 6 weeks and Google is still indexing this spam site. I am incredibly frustrated with google support (as a google partner) and disappointed that this spam site is still indexed.
Again, my conclusion that when this SPAM site is de-indexed, we will return back to #1. But when? and at this point, ever?
Highlighted below is the spam site. Any suggestions?

RE: Auto-generated, weird, long URLs? Or possible hacking? Help needed.
Excellent question I have also had issues with. At times, Ive seen random URLs pop up in analytics that are not associated with Google ads.

I am so unbelievably excited about this new DA algorithm! DA is used constantly in our never ending SEO practice. Would be appreciated if it updated on a consistent, anticipated basis, rather than every so often.

RE: City Pages for Local SEO
This sounds like a great idea to me, as long as it integrates into health services. My opinion, the more relevant pages the better. Just make sure you have enough content on the page, internal links pointing to it from other sources than only the nav bar, and external links pointing to it as well.
Another option, blog about utilizing each park for the health benefits and link to these internal pages.
To me, it seems like you're on to an "outside the box" content strategy...so nice job!

I would like to 2nd this proposition of a feature. Half of our agency SEO battles are documenting and communicating completed tasks for a client, to the client.

RE: Keywords in URL
although i personally am a fan of targeted keywords in URLs, I do not believe it is a MUST. You can optimize the page content and links pointing to the page, and get great results without needing the keyword in the URL.

RE: Question About Replying to Yelp Reviews and SEO
Great question. I have also asked about how much weight content on yelp pages hold in terms of SEO.
Definitely reach out to yelp about this issue. Not quite sure about the SEO aspects, but from a brand perception aspect, you definitely want to respond to negative reviews.

RE: How many SEO clients do you handle?
50-60 SEO clients is a healthy amount. But of those 50-60, how many are full SEO campaigns? In the SEO world, there are multiple levels of "SEO"...from Google My Business management to heavy link building. In my opinion, you can effectively handle 50-60 SEO clients, but it depends on the package they are signed up for.
Link Building, Google My Business Optimization, Directory Listing, Citation Listings, Guest Blogging, On Page Optimization, on page content, blogging, internal link errors. If you are implementing a full SEO campaign and not delivering, ultimately, you will only frustrate your client and lose them.
Organizing your time and communicating in a transparent manner are the most important factors when running an SEO business. Besides knowing how to implement SEO of course.

RE: Topics and H tag
The more niche, the better results...IMO. If you want to get ranked well on 3 different topics, build 3 different pages.
You would only want (1) H1 tag per page, and multiple H2-H6 tags per page.

RE: Google business listing For more then one location
There's nothing wrong with adding multiple listings, just make sure each listing gets verified to its own unique address. If this is the case, you can label them as follows:
- Business Name - City Name
- Business Name - City Name
- Business Name - City Name
- Business Name - City Name
But, it sounds like your client has one address but wants to service 4 areas. Therefore, I would only add 1 listing and display the correct service area. There is a setting in Google My Business on "I service clients at their location", and go from there.
